to protect, conserve
& enhance the Park
for its residents, visitors
& future generations

The Friends...
support, encourage & co-operate
with the National Park Authority
in its statutory role

lobby, challenge & campaign
for any policies & decisions
that would enhance the Park

The Friends arrange & undertake
- work parties
- events of interest
- education programmes
  all contributing to the life of the Park
We are members
of the Campaign
for National Parks
& work with other groups
seeking to conserve
our countryside
More 'friends' are needed to
protect this lovely National Park
 
ensure the conservation
of wildlife habitats
 
make it possible for you
& many others to enjoy
& value the Park
now & into the future
